After watching BDC's performance in high school, Sung Cheng-yu wrote on a small note: "I really want to be like you, dancing on stage."

A few years later, Cheng-yu joined BDC, starting from the bottom as an apprentice dancer. Reserved yet perceptive, he worked to balance his competitiveness and insecurity as he moved toward becoming a confident professional dancer.
